What is Inspire?

Inspire is a one-day ideas lab for people in search of knowledge, inspiration and fresh ideas. Inspire is hosted by the media and events company The Subthread.

It’s a carefully edited day of talks and live conversations where smart, curious people share the ideas, obsessions and inspirations that changed how they think.

The first edition will be held on 4 November 2026 at White Rabbit Studios in Shoreditch. The aim is to create a programme that genuinely focuses on innovation and what the future can hold.

Who is Inspire for?

Inspire is built for the creatives, innovators, brand marketers and strategists who want to feed their constant curiosity and are ready to dive into the unknown.Smart, curious brand, agency and culture‑makers who want an event that gives them new and unexpected perspectives and ideas so they can truly innovate.

When and where is Inspire taking place?

Inspire is a one‑day event at White Rabbit Studios in Shoreditch, London.

Date: Wednesday 4 November 2026

Location: White Rabbit Studios, Shoreditch, London (full address and map can be found here)

Doors open in the morning for registration and coffee; we’ll run a full daytime programme of talks and conversations.

What can I expect from the programme?

The programme is designed as a single‑track day so you don’t have to choose between sessions. You can expect a mix of:

  • Keynotes from brand and agency leaders

  • Fireside chats digging into specific themes

  • Time for Q&A and discussion

  • Space to meet and talk to other attendees

We’ll publish the full running order and speaker line‑up on the Programme page as they’re confirmed.

Who are the speakers?

We’ll be announcing speakers across August and September.

You can expect a mix of people from brands, agencies, independent studios, researchers and academics who are close to the shifts we’re all trying to understand.

Can I apply to speak at Inspire or suggest a speaker?

Our main programme is curated and independent. Nonetheless, we’re always interested in hearing about people doing interesting work so please do not be shy.

If you’d like to suggest yourself or someone else as a potential speaker, email Inspire@thesubthread.com with a short outline of who they are, what they’d talk about and why it’s a fit for Inspire. We can’t reply to every suggestion, but we do read them.

Can my company sponsor Inspire?

Yes – we work with a small number of partners whose values and audience are a good fit for Inspire and The Subthread.

Are press or media passes available?

As we have limited capacity at the venue we only have a very limited number of press passes available for journalists, writers and creators covering marketing, creativity, technology and culture.

If you’re interested, contact us at Inspire@thesubthread.com with a link to your work and how you’d like to cover the event.

How much are tickets and what’s included?

A standard Inspire ticket gives you access to the full one‑day programme, plus:

  • Morning coffee and refreshments

  • Lunch

  • Tea/coffee breaks

  • End‑of‑day drinks and networking

Ticket tiers, pricing and any early‑bird discounts are listed on our ticketing page when you click Book Your Tickets.

Brands/Agency or Tech/Service, how do I know which ticket to buy?

Brands/Agency:
This is the category for those working for an advertising/creative agency or a brand, and any companies who are not selling creative operations-related products and services.

Tech/Service:
This is the category for anyone who works for a B2B solution or service provider, whose company offers their products/services to brand or agency professionals, whether they are attending the event to network or to learn.

How do I buy a ticket?

You can buy tickets online via our Book Your Tickets button in the site navigation. This will take you to our ticketing page where you can choose your ticket type, add your details and pay securely.

Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and everything you need for the day.

Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend up to five working days before the event – just email us with their name, job title and email address so we can update our list.

In line with our Terms and Conditions no refunds are available.

Do you offer group or corporate bookings?

Yes. If you’d like to bring a team, we can offer group discounts of 15% for bookings of 3 or more people and can help with invoicing.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes. When you buy through our ticketing platform Luma you’ll automatically receive an email receipt.

If you need a formal invoice for your finance team, please go to our ticket platform Luma. Once in your Luma account, you can go to your payment history, open the ticket, and choose Download Receipt or Download Invoice. You can then add your billing address, VAT number, and notes before saving/printing the invoice.


What time does the day start and finish?

We’ll confirm exact timings closer to the event, but as a guide:

  • Arrival and registration from around 08:30

  • First session starting around 09:30–10:00

  • Breaks and lunch scheduled throughout the day

  • Final session wrapping up by around 17:00, followed by drinks and informal networking

The final timetable will be shared on the Programme page and via email before the event.

How do I get to the venue?

White Rabbit Studios is in Shoreditch, East London, with good transport links.

  • Nearest tube, overground and train stations: Shoreditch High Street, Old Street, Liverpool Street

  • Buses: 

    • Shoreditch High Street Station (Bus stops N / K / B / E etc.) – served by 26, 35, 47, 48, 78, 135, 149, 205, 242, 388 and night routes like N8, N26, N205, N242.

    • Shoreditch (Bus stop Z2) on Shoreditch High Street – served by 35 and 47.

    • Curtain Road (stops ZA / Z4) – served by 35, 47, 78, 135, 205, N205.

  • Cycling: There are bike racks/nearby docking stations close to the venue

  • Parking: There is limited local parking; we recommend public transport where possible

We’ll include detailed directions and a map on the Location page.

Is food and drink provided?

Yes. Your ticket includes refreshments throughout the day.

We’ll provide:

  • A light breakfast 

  • Tea, coffee and soft drinks

  • Snacks during the breaks

  • Lunch

  • Drinks at the end of the programme

You can let us know about any dietary requirements when you buy your ticket or by emailing Inspire@thesubthread.com ahead of time.

What should I wear?

There’s no dress code. Most people come in smart casual or whatever they feel comfortable working and socialising in.

You’ll be sitting, listening and moving around the space, so we recommend comfortable clothes and shoes.

Will the sessions be recorded?

We plan to record selected sessions on the day.

Recordings and any follow‑up materials will be shared with attendees after the event, subject to speaker permissions. Not every session is guaranteed to be available on demand, so we still recommend joining us in person if you can.

Is the venue accessible?

White Rabbit Studios is a wheelchair-accessible venue. 

Guests can access the building via our café entrance, which leads directly into reception. From there, there is a dedicated accessible WC, and wheelchair users are able to access all of the main event spaces throughout the venue.

If you have any further accessibility requirements or would like to discuss any specific needs please contact us on Inspire@thesubthread.com with a short note about what you need so we can make sure your arrival and day run smoothly.

Do you provide captions, BSL interpretation or assistive listening?

We’re currently finalising our accessibility setup for the day.

If captions, BSL interpretation or a particular assistive technology would make the event accessible for you, please email Inspire@thesubthread.com and we’ll see what we can arrange.

How can I tell you about my access needs?

When you book your ticket, you’ll see a space to share any access requirements.

You can also email Inspire@thesubthread.com any time with a short description of what you need – for example a quiet space, seating preferences, or anything else that would help you take part comfortably.

We’ll respond personally and work with you to make a plan.

Do you offer companion tickets for disabled attendees?

If you require a companion, carer or support worker to attend with you, please email Inspire@thesubthread.com after purchasing your ticket.

We’ll talk through what you need and how we can support this.

What support is available for neurodivergent attendees?

We know busy event days can be a lot. We’re working to make Inspire as predictable and manageable as possible, including:

  • Sharing the schedule and speaker information in advance

  • Clearly signposted spaces and staff on hand to help

  • The option to step in and out of sessions as needed

We’re also exploring a small quiet area away from the main crowd. If there’s something specific that would help you – for example seating preferences, communication notes or break timing – email Inspire@thesubthread.com so we can factor that in.

Can I bring my assistance animal?

Registered assistance animals are welcome at the event. Please let us know in advance by emailing Inspire@thesubthread.com, so we can notify the venue team and make your arrival as smooth as possible.

What is your code of conduct?

We want Inspire to be a welcoming, fun and respectful space for everyone.

We don’t tolerate harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour towards attendees, speakers, staff or venue teams. If something doesn’t feel right, please speak to a member of the team on the day or email Inspire@thesubthread.com.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If we are forced to cancel or postpone Inspire due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll contact all ticket holders by email as soon as possible.

Any options around refunds, transfers or rescheduling are outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which you can find in the site footer.

How do you use my data?

When you buy a ticket and sign up for updates, we collect and store your details so we can:

  • Process your order

  • Send you event information and updates

  • Provide you with a suitable event experience (dietary requirements, access needs etc)

  • Share occasional news about future events and content from The Subthread

We don’t sell your data. You can unsubscribe from our emails and newsletters at any time using the link in our messages.
